Most legal information doesn’t apply to everyone, so estate planning can be straightforward when we focus on what’s relevant to you. Our user-friendly approach crafts creative and personalized solutions tailored to your unique needs.

Additionally, we truly believe in the importance of our estate planning and will not leave your family hanging. So, we are willing to work with you to create a financing plan if necessary because we know that this planning is the foundation for a life of success!

Client Reviews

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Estate planning is a crucial step to ensure your final wishes regarding property and healthcare are honored and that your loved ones are provided for in your absence. Despite often being overlooked in favor of more immediate concerns, a comprehensive estate plan addresses many legal questions that arise upon a person's passing. These include the state of financial affairs, ownership of real and personal property, distribution of assets, the appointment of a guardian for minor children, tax implications of property transfers, and appropriate funeral arrangements.

While it all sounds complex, we have a system that simplifies everything for you, and ensures that we focus on what truly matters and is of relevance to you and your family.

  • An estate plan protects your family in several essential ways. One critical aspect is guardianship for minor children. If anything happens to you, an estate plan ensures that there is a designated guardian to care for your children and manage any money you leave for their care. Answering these questions before a crisis arises is vital to avoid complications later.

Beyond providing financial support for your family in the event of your death, a formal estate plan also offers clear guidance on your healthcare wishes if you become incapacitated. This can prevent family conflicts and ensure your wishes are honored during difficult times.

  • At Infinity Estate Law, we are dedicated to educating you and ensuring that your estate plans serve you throughout your lifetime. We simplify the estate planning process, helping you make informed decisions that best suit your family’s needs. Our commitment doesn’t end once your plan is in place; we will guide you through making the right decisions and maintain your plan as your family and assets grow.

  • Although not everyone needs a Living Trust, it offers several advantages over a Will in some cases:

Avoid Probate: A Living Trust helps you avoid probate and its related issues, including potential delays.

Manage Incapacity: If you become incapacitated, a Living Trust allows you to avoid a court-mandated conservatorship and provides instructions on managing your affairs.

Control Over Estate: A Living Trust gives you control over how your estate is managed and spent, including the care, support, and education of your children.

Protect Beneficiaries: It protects children from their creditors and ex-spouses.

Manage Inheritances: Avoids giving an outright inheritance to children who may not be ready to make sound financial decisions.

Honor Your Values: You can provide incentives for children to pursue higher education, professional pursuits, and special interests.

Safeguard Your Wishes: Prevent disputes and litigation by clearly outlining your wishes.

Protect Children from Prior Marriages: Ensure fair treatment and provision for children from previous marriages.

Ensure Privacy: Since probate is a public process, a Living Trust helps keep your financial matters private, protecting your information from scammers and other prying eyes.

Reduce Taxes: A Living Trust can possibly help reduce or avoid federal estate taxes and Capital Gains Taxes.

  • It depends largely on YOUR schedule, but is generally completed within one or two months The Infinity Estate Law Group offers a FREE initial consultation to discuss your concerns and how we might be able to help you.
